yesterday was the start of term 3.
TERM 3!!!!bite nails*...
busy term i guess.
no,busy 100 days,yeah.
for this 100 days,i am expecting of:
more homework.
more worksheets.
piano exam.
gymnastics competition.
captain ball =D
and more.....
when are we gonna perform the "how to save a life?"
or we dont even have to?
cause this friday is batik.

piano lesson just now.
excluding today,
i have 1,one-ONE-ONE!!!!!! day's piano lesson.
till the exam date.
that's why i almost farted again.
just kidding.
and my piano teacher says there's this AURAL too,
besides scales and exam pieces.
sounds like ORAL.
i hate it lah.
and i have to memorise loads of things.....like:

MELODIC MEMORY
-listen to the music without looking,
play it OR sing it after the playing.
(CRAZY!)
but my piano teacher made me sing.
which totally PISSED me off.

SIGHT-SEEING
-look at the notes,
the person will play the FIRST,
and only first note.
sing the rest of the notes.
ARGHHHH.

LISTENING TO MUSIC WITH UNDERSTANDING
-identify certain features of a piece played by the examiner.
to tell the examiner the TEXTURE,RHYTHM,FORM,PERIOD(STYLE)

to remember the following:
4 types of TEXTURE:
-arpeggio or broken chord
-melody with accompaniment
-harmonic
-contrapuntal or imitative

5 types of RHYTHM:
-waltz
-minuet
-gigue
-march
-swing

2 types of FORM:
-simple binary form
-simple ternary form

4 types of PERIOD:
-bach[baroque]
-mozart[classical]
-chopin[romantic]
-deloussy[20th century]
